Grievance Registration System – Delhi

Let me start my first post on the Delhi Govt – Grievance Registration System.

Delhi govt call its Grievance Registration System , Paper less – AAP   KI    SUNWAI

As an complaintant one need to login in : http://crgms.sparshindia.com/RegisterGrievance/PersonalDetails.aspx

He has to submit the nature of grievance with the concerned Delhi Government Department through online application form . At the end complaint/grievance number is generated where he can check the status of his application.

The complaint is routed to the call centre who works on it and then pass it to the concerned department for there action.  After receiving the reply the system update the status.

THE BEST PART OF THE SYSTEM THAT YOU CAN MONITOR THE STATUS , SYSTEM GENERATE THE ONLINE COMPLAINT NUMBER.

    Dear Respected Sir,

    Sir I had made many complaint aginst various department in M.C.D Green park.The details are follows

    01. The Road karmacharies not attending their duties last sseveral years. They are sitting in their houses. and getting salary. Some persons are working in pvt houses. Pls. Look in to matter and do the needful. The concerned department Person is Mr.Roshan Lal. Mob. No880096715.

    02. In Holticuture department Karmacharies arae not working . They are also sitting in their houses and taking salry. More than 6 staff not attending . Another problems is The concerned So. Mr. Ashok Kumar not attending properly our park. All park are dirty.. He also allow to construct Juggies in our park. The residents are staying very difficult. I informed many times to S.O then he tld me Juggies are not made infront of your house. . One Holticulture tubewell is full of waater, but he removed the pipe and installed another area. and declare dead in this tube well.Pleas aaction against him and their department. His Mob. No.9717787553

    03. Another Problem is more than 50 cows are roaming our colony. I informed to M.C.D but no action is taken till date. The concerned person Mob No.9891370071. Please do the needfull

    04. Other problems is Vehicle Parking. We have no parking area. Pls. provide a park for vehicle parking.
