It has also published a <a href=\"http:\/\/finmin.nic.in\/DTCode\/Discussion%20Paper.pdf\">Discussion Paper<\/a> on the same, and is soliciting <a href=\"http:\/\/finmin.nic.in\/DTCode\/query1.asp\">rating<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/finmin.nic.in\/DTCode\/query.asp\">feedback<\/a> from public.<\/p>\n<p>It is creditable that there is an open consultative process that is being adopted here.
